Tuesday with Morrie by Mitch Albom

Finally I read the book. Had been eyeing on this book and the other Mitch Albom's The Five People You Meet in Heaven, before I decided to buy this book a couple of weeks ago (@$12.5 = Weekend Movie Ticket + Popcorn).
It's a lovable book. Morrie Schwartz is Mitch's professor who suffered from Lou Gehrig's disease, and the book talks about Mitch's conversation with Morrie in the final weeks of Morrie's life. You don't find plot in the book, it's more like reading lecture notes about life: love, forgiveness, marriage, family, death, culture, aging, etc.
I like it when he talked about Money.
"Money is not a substitute for tenderness, and power is not a substitute for tenderness. I can tell you, as I'm sitting here dying, when you most need it, neither money nor power will give you the feeling you're looking for, no matter how much of them you have."
Sounds familiar? We heard or read about it from somewhere, but it's not easy to walk the talk-especially when you're still young and able to grab any opportunity in front of you. Guess we will realize it when we're about to die (tomorrow??), aren't we...
